No. Orbitell handles all ITC-HS categories. We have initial cluster focus on textiles (Tiruppur, Surat), engineering (Rajkot), ceramics (Morbi), and gems/handicrafts (Jaipur) — but the platform works for any Indian MSME with a valid IEC.
Not necessarily. In early phases, Orbitell works alongside your existing CHA as a compliance layer. In Phase 2 (direct ICEGATE EDI), you can choose to reduce CHA dependency. The platform is additive, not disruptive, until you're ready.
